STEP 1.

Photostat portions of the plan you intend to upgrade, do this now if you have the plan on hand or wait for me to

uplift the plan and I will contact you through e-mail or phone for collection or delivery or the fax option.

Sketch the changes on the A4 copy fax it to me and I will begin the changes.

STEP 2.

I will then proceed with the changes as shown on the fax. Any discrepencies and I will contact you either by e-mail of phone

STEP3.

I will fax an A4 or A4s showing the changes. You can then let me know if you are happy or not through the various means of conatcting me as discussed above.

STEP4.

I will then fax you A4s depicting the changes and the final A1 reduced to A4 to indicate that the job is finished and the qoute from the Council for submission fees- You will write out the check for whatever Council we are dealing with.

Three days before I complete the plan I will send you the necessay application forms and an "x" will mark where you must sign-I will do the rest.
